Subject: Management
I do not have an informed opinion, so won't pretend to, but I'm wondering if any of the folks on here have an opinion on the real and potential shakeups to management and what they may mean for the long term success and direction of the company.

Obviously the big news today is Wojcicki stepping down from her long-time post as CEO of YouTube. It's also hard not to hear the occasional hope that Pichai may do, or be compelled to do, the same.

Any thoughts, or recommended reading?
