Subject: Kramer Hammy post to MN AG
I have sent the Kramer Hammy info/opinion to the MN AG (Keith Ellison) in order to get *their* legal determinations on each point in that posting. Let's just say, they DO have an interest in the points made--and what could happen here AND ELSEWHERE. No idea how long it will take them to sort it all out, but I figure it will be 1-2 wks due to all the not-so-minor details that will be involved. So, hang on for now. Things MIGHT change sooner (I hope).
