The headline by Breitbart does not match the quote attributed to Trump, which you provided. Trump didn't promise anything.

Trump is very careful with what he says.

Trump: I "intend" to lower electricity prices. Not a "promise."

"I keep my promises." O.K. Both statements can be absolutely true and yet not mean that he "promised" to lower electricity prices. At least not in the quote you provided.

Trump doesn't actually "promise" much if anything. Find an actual "promise" he made, about anything, quote the full context including any caveats, and we can address the issue again.

What you're doing is the same thing the BBC, ABC, CBS did.
