GTR1 index codes?

I know that sp500.a is the S&P 500, and nas100.a is the Nasdaq 100.
Is there a code for the Russell 1000?

Where can I find a list of all the ".a" codes?
I have "GTR! Glossary.pdf" and "GTR1 for Dummies working_Jan24.doc" and nothing shows up in them.
