Liberls have never been into the whole Rule of Law thing.

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think it was Liberls attacking police, breaking into a government building, and calling for the assassination of a couple prominent politicians a couple three years back. They sure seemed upset that their candidate wasn't successful in stealing an election, which would also be an illegal act.
