mercy update for this unloved board. low fee active tax-free bond funds have been a great hideout from gop chaos.

starting 2024 post-election, took a big swing conversion (all my taxable bond funds + 20% cash).

so far has total tax-free return 100bps above t-bills.
sharpe up +1, already low ulcer index has cut in half (very near cashlike) for my 80% in smid duration.

likely to hold\add unless gop loses all congress control in midterms. these represent local economies making superior decisions based on local knowledge, with the best selected actively.
