Subject: Re: BRK investment

Hi ajm101,

Your post deepened my understanding of the value SNOW offers as a business. My current position is pretty modest - 100 shares and has fluctuated over the past 18 months. I began w/small positions(IRA) and was fairly transactional as prices rose quickly and settled down in some succession.

Early on, I took gains (representing the initial capital outlay) to purchase shares of Brk - showing the limits of my conviction that SNOW will meet 3, 5 & 10 year earnings targets to match its valuation. So I'm now basically holding on "house money".

With such a brief holding period and such a limited position, I feel like I've been more lucky than good. Your comments about SNOW's valuation & risk of disruption certainly found their way from ear to mind.

If I've learned anything from this brief holding period, its that entering the position in small bites without a lot at stake gives you the opportunity to stay a bit more detached. I expected some price volatility and told myself I'd siphon any quick gains into Brk where I had real value conviction. This strategy made it easier to follow through on when good fortune came knocking.

Thanks for your post !
