Subject: Magnificently Concentrated
The title of GMO's recent newsletter. It offers a good explanation of how the market's concentration is adversely affecting 90.2% of the active funds. I am reminded of a Michael Burry interview about two years ago when he spoke of mouse hole sized exits for future days when the market takes large turns downward. He posits the concentration and index driven aspects will lead to some surges that will not be able to squeeze through the mouse holes leading to some wild price shifts.

My humble POV is to keep-on-keeping-on with a coffee can investing style and waiting to buy quality companies at fair prices with accumulated cash when periodic stumbles happen to those stocks.
