There's a good chance she never has. And she wouldn't know if she had. It's not like they wear a scarlet "T" on their blouses. And the proportion of the population that is trans is so small (<1%), there's a good chance any given person has never met one, much less shared a bathroom.

Also, with stalls in most bathrooms, I don't see the problem in any event.
