High winds? Umm, not a hair on Trumpedo's head is moving.

Decades ago, we had a phrase to describe that sort of hair.

We called it “Dallas hair”.

What is Dallas hair?

It’s hair so lacquered with hair spray that not a single strand moves in a hurricane.

Of course that was when I lived in Oklahoma. People in Texas might have called it “Tulsa hair”

In any event, the wind may well have been blowing 40 mph when that photo was taken.
