Absolutely, for sure. And the time to respond to that is months or years in advance. And the determination it WAS the actual proper response is learned long afterwards. Warren has “responded” to the next crisis in a major way several years in advance. He’s got it…whatever the heck it is…nailed! Doesn’t know when it’ll be and likely doesn’t know how big a deal it will be even WHEN it happens. But he’s done his reacting in advance.
