This past nine months have seen an abysmal degradation as concerns Ukraine. Trump has set a tone of isolationism as regards Europe that is foolish.

This is quite the claim. What evidence do you have to back up this assertion? You’ve not posted anything that would indicate a slackening of American support for the Ukrainians.
