48.1% White, 15.1% Black

Population at large:
White: 60.1%, Black: 12.2%

So, 15.1 > 12.2 implies blacks are overrepresented in the Airline industry,
and 48.1 < 60.1 implies whites are underrepresented.

(Unless I'm missing the point entirely.)
