swayed which way to vote.

But having served on several juries, I know one thing to be absolutely true:

Only the jury members were in that jury room.

FOXNEWS wasn’t there. MSNBC wasn’t there.

Only the jury members were there, along with whatever evidence presented at trial that they asked to review.
