Meanwhile, former Detroit Mayor, and full time crook, Kwame Kilpatrick, whose richly deserved 28 year sentence in the Federal jug, was commuted to time served by Lord Trump during the first go around, is now asking the court to wipe out the $800,000 of restitution he still owes, because it's a "burden" to him. Isn't that the whole point of punishment, to "burden" the crook?
