Umm, you'd think someone who lives in the state would know Wisconsin has required photo voter ID for over a decade, since governor Scott Walker signed the 2011 Wisconsin Act 23. So, not exactly a big deal -- well, except for disproportionately negatively impacting Black, Native, elderly, and student voters (the voters least likely to vote republican).
