No, I wasn't familiar with the antics in TX. We can hope that the judiciary would find such a map illegal, but only time will tell.

I think it telling that there are proposals coming from the right to undo some of the BBB provisions, like extending the PTCs for ACA users. They are either getting, or anticipating, a lot of blowback from that, and are trying to fix it now. From what I've read, the Dems are going to exact a price for that (which they should).
