Kamala is the one backing out on debates. She DOES NOT want to appear on Fox and face neutral questioning. She also is now whining about the mic mute thing - she now wants them left on all the time.
It's pretty clear why: They want Trump to interrupt her so she can have her Girl Boss moment and say "I'm speaking" instead of answering the question. If I'm up there with here I make it a point to clear my throat at the right time and bait her into losing it.
