With such a cheesy military, I am surprised the long suffering citizens haven't overthrown their oppressors by now.

Oh wait, never mind, civilians aren't allowed to possess firearms in North Korea.


MAGATs should go over there and teach them all a lesson. We'll let you have all the weapons and ammo you can carry. :)

The Japanese have done remarkably well, with a teeny amount of murder, you can own a shotgun in the boonies, but there are stringent requirements for anything else. Difficult to own a rifle, much less a handgiun. So we have the examples of countries with just as much freedom as us that don't have a gun fetish. I am a FUD. Guns for self defense and hunting - military use is highly questionable. And Heller made the prefatory clause not meaningful, so the mention of militia in the 2nd goes away, and Constitutionally, it's left up to the Fed and States. Not your local gun club.
