Any comments after it having falling 66% from it's 2021 high to now the same price as 15 years ago, with 7.5% dividend yield?

Ownership structure has always been an issue with VW valuation. At one time ( and maybe still)the total market cap of VW was less than the value of its ownership interest in Porsche.

Volkswagen's low valuation, which some investors trace back to Volkswagen's ownership structure related corporate governance issues, has been a long-standing problem that even the landmark listing of its Porsche AG (P911_p.DE) division last year has failed to solve.

Ownership structure of VW with the special rights of lower Saxony is as it is - - - since the stone age.

There might be other potentially interesting "falling knifes" in Europe: Bayer (were it not for Monsanto I'd buy them), Roche maybe, and for the ones who always loved to own them if they just once get a little cheaper (do you hear me, Jim?): Nestlé!
