Dr. President has very high confidence in his research...
In his remarks, Trump appeared to have difficulty pronouncing the word "acetaminophen," so used the brand name “Tylenol.” Although he is not a doctor, the president offered a range of medical advice. He echoed the opinions of Secretary of Health and Human Services Robert F. Kennedy Jr. of the dangers of vaccines, although vaccines save lives and extensive research has shown no link between vaccines and autism. Trump said: “We understood a lot more than a lot of people who studied it.”

My 50+ years of work included non-profit, small businesses, and a Fortune 500 company. I’ve also served on 2 Board of Directors, including Finance Committees.
I’ve learned a lot, including the fact that the most destructive force in any organization is an individual with supreme confidence and low intellect. Throw in a dose of dementia and there’s no end to the damage they can do.
Unfortunately, at this moment, we are all learning that lesson in real time.

Seems every "JC" thinks he is uniquely gifted. No explanation is ever needed because no-one else could understand the breath, depth, nuance, and brilliance, of the "JC" mind.

Not a word, but a term:
Double dumb
The state of being too dumb to know that you are dumb

Double dumb - The state of being too dumb to know that you are dumb
Or it's just the apotheosis of the Dunning-Kruger effect where you not only don't know you're dumb, but think you're brilliant.
