Hawaii ranks among the bottom five states for gun fatality rates, with only Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts reporting lower rates.
This is unacceptable in Trumps America...

"The Supreme Court said Friday it will consider overturning a Hawaii law that imposes strict regulations on where people can carry guns."

So help me if this becomes another quickly decided shadow docket no reason given case in Trump's favor.

But I think the next SC term starts pretty soon, so hopefully we'll hear oral arguments and get a "normal" case.

This is too bad.

Despite having the right --- Americans, due to their culture..... cannot be trusted freely with the right to bear arms.

And - other parts of the Bill of Rights too.

One by one, we need to hack away at the rights. Not totally, but to an extent.
