I voted for him in 2016 - - didn't like him personally - but loved the platform.
Also nice was after a decade of my espousing Trumpism on things like trade - and fellow Conservatives echoing Liberals and shouting "Free Trade!!!" "Protectionist!" "My Principles!" ....it was sort of fun to see them all get in line and support the very thing they used to be supposedly against.
But in process - they won states they didn't before.
I voted Biden in 2020. I wasn't some Fauci Robot - but I didn't like how Trump - made it a badge of honor to be very cavalier about the pandemic. His family took off masks on national TV at the debate - on purpose. The whole ingesting solvent. And - I felt he gave the Trailer Park a voice. The Left has Thugs, the Right has the Trailer Park. Many similarities between the two. It was giving the mindsets and tact of the MTG types access to the mainstream and it was encouraging an already messed up American public to come out of the shadows and behave that way and to me, Biden was the sole Democrat who would keep the extreme Progressives at bay. I say all this just to illustrate - I'm not a pro or anti Trump sycophant.
Supposedly one of the 'classified documents' had to do with a war plan for Iran. A war that did NOT happen and f0or that I am thankful to Trump.
Just like "Free Trade" the right - thanks to biblical reasons, and NeoCons exploiting such - has become Israel's mule. President Bush, whose Presidency was on the way to greatness got hijacked by NeoCons, and it culminated with a butt kicking for America in Iraq, and also gave way to 8 years of Obama, Sotomayor, Kagan, school lunch Michelle style, etc.
Luckily Trump held back. Ok sure, he gave them the Embassy relocation in Israel. Fine. And in return Bibi was the FIRST call CONGRATULATING BIDEN in return. Nicely done. Used by the users yet again.
Anyhow, good on Trump. The NeoCons want Iran and Syria badly. And they want to get the FOX faithful waving flags, and again shouting "My resolve!" "My ideals!!" "Courage of my convictions!" on the AM radio dial and TV.....and then Americans go die again for no American reason.
This makes me more prone to supporting Trump.
If NeoCon darling Haley or Cheney are in it.....I'll write in Mao before I go NeoCon again.
