HA! It's either fair & balanced or it's free. It can't be both unless this is code which is always is. They don't really like "free" because they can't buy the pot as in the poker term. They like "fair" because it means protection. This means they want Government protection for themselves but "no evil big government deep state regulations telling me what to do."
