The GOP controlled House choose not to vote on a war powers resolution this week.
Chatter says Trump the Conqueror is getting wound up for another offensive.
But Rubio says the Strait is up to the Europeans to handle.

Secretary of State Marco Rubio said the U.S. must prepare a "Plan B" if Iran refuses to reopen the Strait of Hormuz, warning that "someone's going to have to do something about it." What would "Bibi" do, if the Europeans said "ok, we will deal with Iran....Iran, lets go back to the JCPOA, and the US can get stuffed".
