Maybe the country needs to institute an ORANGE ALERT. It would be like a SILVER ALERT for times when an older person goes missing. The orange alert would be issued whenever Grandpa Donnie starts spewing one of his word salads. Now that I think about it, that may not be a good idea. The alert would go off so often people wouldn't pay attention to it.

Ok, but this one isn't really a word salad. The meaning is fairly clear: it's a shakedown operation, a protection racket. The payoff could be to "the United States," but it could just as easily, and even better, be directly to the Don and his syndicate: Trump Gaza, Trump Casino Kiev, Trump Hanoi golf course, whatever.
That's all he cares about. That's all he's ever cared about.
