The convict is still a convict. Judge has upheld the conviction. Sentencing is scheduled for Jan 10. I assume sentence to be carried out in Jan of 2029, assuming he lives that long.**

**Not trying to sound ominous. He's old. It's just a realistic possibility that he might not last four years.
