That's the goal.... instigate cartel responses to give Hegseth an enemy he can war with... with no risk of a nuclear response. Casualties, civilian and military, will be conventional bomb n' bullet events... disproportionately brown.
If the video of the 2nd obliterated panga isn't doctored, it does fit the profile of a drug run whereas the vid of the first looked more like a people + drug transport (migrants or others, they be crab chow now).
I have to believe that the Homeland Security has some high resolution video of both pangas that, for some reason, they are not sharing.
