is the alt industry forecast & lobbying on growth, with institutional growth replaced by retail, mostly true?

if yes, then all mid-major managers are a bargain.

rationalizing BN as the best choice more complex; relative peer perf in recent mkt decline has been superb, and likely for plausible reasons.
