There's no crime here. That's true for pretty much all the trumped-up nonsense cases that, had any of them been brought against a democrat...would have had you people rioting in the streets.

An open minded person can take a look at the facts and see the potential for a crime, given the law. I think Cohen being convicted should throw any doubt about potential out the window. We let the jury decide, but we still have opinions. My opinion is that if the prosecutor can get the jury to understand some intricacy, the jury goes with him. Everyone but zealots knows he's guilty, but can you get the jury to follow an intricacy? Good question.
