What will history say in 25 years?

What did history say in 1964 after Germany and USSR partitioned Poland and other Eastern European nations in 1939.

What did history say after Napoleon said (allegedly)that he who saves his country is not breaking the law.

I don't think history will reflect very highly on the USA in 25 years on the behaviour of its president.
