IF Trump is found guilty, most of the respected legal scholars will opine that this proves if you tried Trump for killing Lincoln , in that court, New Yorkers would find him guilty, and Trump opens a 5-7 point lead in the polls. Either way Trump and his supporters will rally around team maga! When no common sense,very low IQ legal clowns bring lawsuits they should give some thought to which outcome would hurt the defendant. The most likely outcome is a hung jury and a mistrial. It seems to me that would a favorable outcome for the dems, they could rush through scheduling a new trial and with it with a new requirement for Trump to set in court and stay off the campaign trail for a few more months.
