Well the first thing that needs doing to that 747 is to make it capable of air to air refueling.

That’s what a normal President would want. Trump is not normal.

He doesn’t care about air to air refueling or secure communications or EMP hardening or any of that “useless” stuff. He only likes the opulence and shiny trinkets of the visible interior.

If this goes through, he’ll either start using it right away or just let it sit until his term is over and it’s all his to use.
