Is anybody familiar with this document? Is there any requirement that a document like this from a .gov committee, headed by a known liar and conspiracy theorist, be based in truth...or is it just more FTZWS from the extreme right wing that's crippling the government?

Anything with Gym Jordan's name on it is suspicious to me.

Have to agree with you there sano. When you open an article, if you don't see the prominent display of the Fox News Logo, a symbol of quality and reliability, then it is prudent to be suspicious of potential misinformation. I know I am.

Jordan's a proven liar; it's about the only thing he's good at.

I took one city at random, Los Angeles, which Jordan claims cut police funding by $175 million and found this:


Despite calls to defund the police, this year's proposed budget asks for an $118 million increase to fund 780 new cops, two new helicopters, and more.

Another year and another LAPD budget increase -- a 6.3% increase to be exact. As Mayor Karen Bass finalizes the city's budget for 2023-24, LAPD is asking for an additional $118,834,040, bringing its total direct costs to $1,995,664,930. Over the past decade the department's budget has grown 58% with no sign of slowing.


So, yeah, at least for LA, he's lying.
