Not just US, though we are the biggies in the sub game. An interesting analysis of sub fleets, capabilities (some speculation since many are classified), vulnerabilities, and where we are going.

I did like his comment that "the US Navy doesn't believe in a fair fight" when discussing expenditures for high-tech subs. He's said something similar about the US Air Force with respect to next gen fighters. I also don't believe in a fair fight in that regard. :-)
