Check out this new ETF that hold BRK and it's 20 largest holdings.

OMAH

It aims to use options (calls and call spreads) around those holdings to generate a monthly income of 1.25% or 15% annually. Thought is might be of interest to those who would like to sell some calls against BRK but don't want to do the work. I would love to get feedback from our board options sellers.

I had this on in the background at work.

Did I hear them correctly something to the effect that the ETF tries to limit any potential downside (I thought he gave a %) while also capping the upside?

This is sure to work because the people they (the managers of this new fund) trade options with are very generous and are willing to give them "free" money each month that amounts to 15% a year.
