The week's question
In December 2024, in the thread "Re: BRK: Why Not XOM?", BreckHutHigh asked the members: "What about the long road trips with kids?" This week it is put to everyone again. The button below opens the small thread re-asking it - read what others have said so far, then give your own answer as an ordinary reply.

Wisconsin $2.89 Costco, Menomonee Falls WI

Costco will give you a rebate slip at the cash register for a few cents off per a gallon of gas. I live miles away from any Costco store as well as other Wisconsinites.
The further north you go in Wisconsin the higher the price of gas.

Thanks to President Biden's Inflation Reduction Act, Medicare beneficiaries are already paying less out of pocket for 27 prescription drugs whose prices rose faster than inflation last year.

ONLY 27? woopiedo.

Seniors are seeing their cost sharing drop by between $2 and $390 per average dose for the medications,

And what if you are not a Senior on medicare? Do you have any idea the cost of health insurance for the average working class citizen, not to mention the heigh cost of upfront deductibles even if one has insurance with his employer?
No, I didn't think so.

Per your link, '$1 in 1972 is worth $7.35 today' Didn't you notice how high inflation spiked during the Biden's time in office according to the chart?

What's with all the government bashing? Try surviving through a devastating hurricane without FEMA, or your house catching fire without a fire department.

And that's why we pay taxes to support these agencies.

Now let's get back to Bidenflation we have to pay out for aside our paying taxes.
