Somehow I missed this. Just stumbled on it today.

No surprise. Musk as gotten in trouble before with his Twitter comments (for example) regarding his companies. But, if allegations are true, this could be really bad for him. Insider trading is a big no-no. Of course, he could have the Felon pardon him.
