Archer testified that Joe Biden was put on the phone to sell 'the brand.' These phone calls include a dinner in Paris with a French energy company and in China with Jonathan Li, the CEO of BHR.
5. Archer acknowledged that then-Vice President Biden had coffee with Jonathan Li, the CEO of BHR, in Beijing. Then-Vice President Biden even wrote a letter of recommendation for college for Li's daughter.

7. In spring of 2014, then-Vice President Biden attended a business dinner with his son, Hunter, and his associates at Café Milano in Washington, D.C. Notably, the Biden Administration's public sanctions list for Russian oligarchs does not contain Baturina.So.
We know that Biden bragged about getting Shokin fired in the famous exchange about "the $1 billion". The real motivation for that was confirmed by Archer; Joe Biden was evidently acting as a foreign agent
while serving as Vice President.
We know Joe was lying when he said he never discussed business with his son. His presence on the calls shows that he was definitely involved even if they were just talking about their favorite postage stamps.
Joe Biden was also evidently not above doing minor favors like the college recommendation letter. Does anyone really think that VP's have all the time in the world to write letters of rec for some rando's daughter?
