If someone appears to be repeatedly personal, lean towards patience as they might not mean offense. If you are sure, however, then do not deepen the problem by being negative; instead, simply place them on ignore by clicking the unhappy yellow face to the right of their name.

g0177325: Not guilty on the rape charge though. There must be a very specific legal definition of what rape is.

In her testimony, Carroll said that Trump had penetrated her vagina with his fingers but she could not definitely say he had entered her with his penis. I suspect that her lack of certainty was the reason he was found guilty for sexual abuse and not rape.

Cleaning up a bit from the OP... he was found liable for sexual abuse (not assault) and defamation and other charges.

Civil trials do not find guilt, but liability.
