If you read beyond this fake headline, you see that Harris cast the tie-breaking vote to increase funding for the IRS on August 7, 2022. And then not until 6 months later....in February 2023......did the IRS first propose a program to tax tips.

Duh..6 months later, lol same difference.

And if you read on further the article also reported,

“There’s no reason they’d be issuing guidance on how to crack down on this if it was only going to end up being voluntary,” Americans for Tax Reform’s Mike Palicz told Fox News at the time. “Ultimately, the goal is to go and grab as much revenue as possible and from whoever they can.”
