Indeed.
IF VP Harris's Secret Service people KNOW they can't secure a little bitty building's rooftop that is in line of sight to where VP Harris, is gonna speak. IF regular average people are pointing to the guy on the roof and authorities do NOTHING and if VP Harris gets hurt in her ear.....
......Agents better be put on leave or we're taking to the streets for her. If you're gonna put agents on leave because they almost got Trump killed they BETTER give that same courtesy to Harris.
Give her the same level of security that Trump got.

Give her the same level of security that Trump got.
No. She gets a better level of security because she is the sitting Vice President. She is in office.
Trump's level of security should be based on his status. He is both a former President and a current candidate. His security should be based on whichever gets the higher level of security.
He'd also get better quality protection if he wasn't a jerk to his security detail. Should that matter? No. Does it actually matter? Probably. Secret Service agents are people. If you are a jerk to your security detail, you may not get their best efforts. You'll get their professional efforts, but no more.
Why do I think that Trump might treat his security detail like a jerk? Because he treats everyone like a jerk. Particularly people who might need to tell him "no" from time to time. Telling the protectee "no" is one of the basic job duties of any protection detail.

the crux is that trump is a 'billionaire' that values ripping off, and abusing his FREE security detail rather than pay for 'something better' concocted from his genius brain.
there are an endless supply of rent-a-mallcop outfits happy to let trump do whatever he wants in public spaces, but for sure he will want to be surrounded by tanks on a yellowed plexiglass budget.
one may infer the value he puts on his own life when he has to put up vs shut up.

Yep. Remember when Trump wrestled the SS for the steering wheel when they refused to drive him to coup! That was awesome. What makes Trumps action more awesome is he grabbed the steering wheel despite being in the back seat.

Just think of the litigation they saved him from. :)

HARRIS treats her staff awesomely. And if she treats her Secret Service so well, and that is relevant to lapses.....well, you may not want to make that wish kiddo.
BTW Did Trump bump into an agent while snowboarding and call the agent a "son of a bitch"?
Either way, fun stuff has arrived and is compounding now.... :) Enjoy as much as I am.

What's even more awesome was how my 5'6" Mom could reach across the back of the front seat and whack us kids for being brats all the way over to the right side of the back seat of the big ford station wagon (a woody!) while holding the wheel and keeping her foot on the gas pedal.
Trump's what... 6'4" with complete freedom of motion? B Eff D.
Whether his little hands could wrap around the wheel is another question.
