“Groomer” has been around for some time. I was called a “groomer” on an old Discord thread several years ago. Dope and Mike might remember. Then again, perhaps not. It seemed like “groomer” and “pedophile” were insults that were so common, even then, that a particular employment of either term was simply lost in the noise.
