If that's what you are going to call it, it's been going one since before Texas and Florida became States in the Union. 70% come here by plane though, but everyone is focused on the border. Florida has no border with Mexico. You like to use loaded words, but it's never been controlled, and vetting actually does catch more than I eveer thought it would. Still... Remember Reagan and his amnesty, then enforcement? Didn't work. See the border fences? Doesn't work. See the water barrels and razor wire? Kills some and doesn't work. The border does serve to fire up the Republican base, but they aren't really interested in solving the problem, just using it for votes.
