That was a very enlightening article. Lots of "Spillage" going on. Thanks for posting

IMHO, there is far far too much use of secret and classified designations. My feeling is that the overuse is driven mostly by a desire to shield embarrassing info from the taxpayers and citizens rather than real secrets like keeping the plans for the latest stealth bomber out of the hands of the Chi-coms.
