"Ain't Patrick's Day" is whichever day following St. Patrick's Day that the surplus Grobbel's corned beef goes on sale at the grocery store.
It cooks up nicely in a pressure cooker / instant pot.
Wear some green on March 17th and then save some green a few days later.
