Alas, Joe Sixpack doesn't know all that. All he knows is some things are more expensive than they were four years ago (eggs, etc). Blame whichever party is in charge at that time (which has some validity, but it's still a lot more complex than that...but J6P is oblivious, in part because he isn't really interested in the minutiae). This is without consideration to political leanings (e.g. allow more/less immigrants, etc).

I predict in four years the economy will be a lot worse (except for the less-than-1%-ers). The convict's plans already have been panned by economists. I'm not sure how much he can do without Congress, and the filibuster is still in place (for the moment).
