I'm concerned because Sotomayor was concerned, and she knows the law vastly better than I do. Albaby seems less concerned, and I respect his opinion, too.

I do fear the convict will test the premise. Not sure what could stop him given the broad immunity interpretations. Even if he "loses" in the courts, the SEAL team would have to have acted for it to become an issue, so someone likely would have died.
