State attorney Kevin Wallace asked Donald Trump about his involvement in the 2021 statement of financial condition. Trump said his focus at that time was on China and Russia and "keeping our country safe." Some observers in the courtroom quietly laughed.

Wallace then reminded Trump he wasn't president in 2021.

But that Biden guy is old.
