I don't know how accurate this Michael Popok guy on MeidasTouch is, but he seems pretty convinced that:

Florida Judge Cannon in the Trump Mar a Lago criminal case is on the verge of REVERSING a key decision by the Chief Judge of the DC court that found that Trump committed a “crime or fraud” with his then Mar a Lago attorney Evan Corcoran, that would lead to the 50 pages of Corcoran’a damning notes about Trump and his audio recordings about Trump’s criminality, being SUPPRESSED from the jury. Michael Popok explains which motion pending before Cannon he is most worried about as it could scuttle the prosecution’s case.

You would think there would be some avenue to remove Cannon on the basis of judicial malpractice. BEFORE she lets Trump (or anyone else) go, and then double-jeopardy would apply. I am no lawyer, but I've been reading that lawyers are mystified by her rulings.

I don't know how accurate this Michael Popok guy on MeidasTouch is, but he seems pretty convinced that:

I watch a fair amount of him - probably more than I should. He's smart, but highly partisan, with a tendency to blow the minutia out of proportion. He's mainly in it for the views on the channel, and will read an ad for just about anything (except Trump merch).

I'm trying to watch less of him, but he is very entertaining lighting his hair on fire over every little tidbit in the Trump legal cases.
